We are seeking an allround welder with experience in multiple welding techniques. You have knowledge of construction welding, flame cutting, and different milling methods. What you will do
As a welder at WE Bouwen, you work daily with TIG, MIG, and MAG welding techniques. You know how to prepare weld seams with precision and are skilled not only in pipe welding but also in a wide range of metalwork. From stairs, railings, gates, and metal furniture to larger projects such as ships, screw piles, machines, and machine parts – you can do it all. With your versatility, you are the allround welder we can rely on for many different fields.
In addition to your welding expertise, you have solid knowledge of construction welding, flame cutting, and different milling techniques. Beyond welding tasks, you collaborate closely with colleagues and project partners, carry out small assembly and repair jobs, and carefully maintain the tools and materials you work with. With your craftsmanship, precision, and dedication, you contribute to high-quality welding projects across the Netherlands.
Who you are
You’re a go-getter, ideally with at least 2 years of experience in steel construction. Less than 2 years of experience? That’s okay — if you’re eager to learn and show initiative, we’re happy to give you a chance.
You also speak at least one of the following languages: English, German, Polish, Romanian, Russian, or Lithuanian. Lastly, you’re willing to follow all safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations on the job.
